On Vacation in the Amazon Rainforest.
My daughter is on vacation for a couple of weeks with her husband, her children, my 3 grandchildren, and her in-law family in Ecuador, SA., which is part of the Amazon Rainforest on the west side. They will be hopefully back in New York at the end of July.
Tortuga Bay Beach is one of their best beaches there...
It looks like a huge gorgeous beach...
Quilotoa Lake in the Andean Mountains in Ecuador, SA.
Llamas and Alpacas in the Andean Mountains, SA. There is a great biodiversity there.
Galapagos Islands in Ecuador, SA.

Tourists round the big turtles, the biggest turtles in the world. There is a great biodiversity there, one of the greatest in the world, which is located on the west side of
the Amazon Rainforest.
A gorgeous example of a huge Galapagos Islands' Turtles.
In other words, Ecuador has got great tropical beaches, the Andean Mountains, one of the greatest biodiversities in the world, plus the west side of the Amazon Rainforest. It also got the most dangerous tribal aborigines in the world, The Jibaros. I'll post some pics of them...
The Jibaros are Wild Aboriginal Tribes dwelling in the jungle of the Amazon Rainforest.
They are known for being wild warriors, and fighting their enemies without fear.
They are also known as tribes who used to take their enemies' heads and make them smaller.

My daughter is on vacation with her family for a couple of weeks in the Amazon Rainforest. She hasn't called me yet. I wonder why...
I am worried!! I wouldn't dare to go there for a million dollars. Would you??...
Kind Regards,
Poet Starry Dawn.

Why did I not know there was a beach near the Rainforest? I always picture it full of trees and vines and things like that - not like this at all. It is pretty. sandie
Hi Starry, Too bad that you and hubby couldn't join them on their fabulous trip... What great photos... I'd love to visit there sometime---but don't want them to shrink my head!!!!! ha ha
Hugs,
Betsy

Thank you, Sandie, Betsy, Eva for taking your precious time to visit my posts and write your comments!!
Do not worry, Betsy!! Tourists only visit the right places where everybody goes, like the beach areas, big cities, not the jungle rainforest...
Shrunken heads of The Jibaros have become mostly a legend nowadays.
I really appreciate your lovely sense of humour. Good humour means a good mood. So, you are a happy person, I think.
Anyway, thank you all for reading my articles, dear Online folks!!
Blessings
Poet Starry.
