SEEDS OF LOVE.

SEEDS OF LOVE.
This poem is one of my first ones written in English back in 2005, when I first joined a Christian American Poetry Forum in the U.S.A. My American Online friends at the Website made a Photo Poem for me, in order to keep it, and remember how my poetry was worthwhile for them. They also made many video-poems with my poetry there. I am still with them nowadays, and I always will. You see, I am a kind of lady who consider herself an everlasting friend and sister in Christ.
I called my previous post, "The passage of time." I posted some old family pictures there, just to show how our family evolved in a time frame from seeds of love into a wonderful tree of love.
You see, my long journey began as a teacher many years ago. Then years later, I developed some sort of creativity in my writing thoughts, stories, poems, lyrics, and so forth.
"The Rose is like a gleam of hope planted in a Free American Soil." (A line from my poem)
As a poet, I use different figures of speech, alliteration, methaphors, vowel or consonant simily, iambic rhymming couplets, or rather free style words spoken like the American Poet Walt Whitman.
I feel worthwhile. I know I am a child of God, a Christian lady with lasting moral values, and an old background of European Christians. I was raised by Northern Italian ladies, my dear mom and her mom, my granny.
Now, I'll share some family pics of my seeds of love...
(My first granddaughter, grandson and me in New York long ago)
If I could catch a rainbow,
I would do it just for you,
And share with you its beauty
On the days you're feeling blue.
(My daughter and her 2 children in Florida.)
I I could build a mountain,
You could call your very own;
A place to find serenity,
A place to be alone...
This is a view from the balcony of our penthouse tower apartment building with our cats looking down. Frank, the Siamese cat, is over 17 years old. Mimmo, the fat cat, is in Heaven.
(My 3 dear grandchildren)
If I could take your troubles,
I would toss them in the sea,
But, I'm finding these things
 Impossible for me.
(My grandson.)
I can't build a mountain
Or catch a rainbow fair,
But let me be what I know best,
To be a true friend who's always there...
This is a Virtual Love & Hug Certificate.
These 4 stanzas are from an unknown author.
Daisy, the Seal Point Siamese female, was my daughter's 12th birthday gift. Kent, the white Siamese, was acquired later on. They got offprings, like Frank, Blueberry, Harvey, Adolph, etc.
Seeds of Love: Frank, the Legend, and my other buddies...
Seeds of Love: Harvey, Frank's older brother. (Rest in Heaven)
Seeds of Love: Frank & Harvey, siblings sleeping together long ago...
Seeds of Love: Blueberry, Harvey (siblings) & Adolph long ago. Now, they rest in Heaven.
When my daughter was a little girl, she loved Strawberry Shortcake dolls and cartoons. Now, she can play with her real own dolls, her 3 children, my grandchildren.
My 2 granddaughters, the eldest and the youngest...
They love to watch TV in their home in New York...
HAVE A BLESSED WEEKEND, DEAR ONLINE FRIENDS!!
UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN...

The Passage of Time...

The Passage of Time...
If you thought I died, I did not...
I am still around...
Life has not been a bed of roses for me, but rather a bed of thorns...
It seems as if I still row in the same direction, yet I go backwards.
I've already packed my suitcases, but now, I should unpack...
I do the same thing every single weekend, at least for now.
My dreams or nightmares haunt me pretty often. My family ancestry dwell in Heaven, so I am alone feeling lonely and misunderstood, so I write to put out my inner feelings. Writing is a good therapy after all. I wrote a poem long ago. It's still a great example of how I feel this day.
I look at the sky up above, and this is what I see from my window of the world...
I'll share my poem which I call, "Highway to Heaven."
I imagine sitting in my family garden
Next to plants, flowers and trees in the Autumn's eve.
They were only twigs when my family planted the seeds.
My tears soaked the somber leaf under the trees.
I imagine hearing voices of nightingales
Singing and watching me from up the branches...
My dear parents and me in my First Holy Communion.
My dear mother and my 3 aunts, the sisters of my father.
My father went to New York when my daughter was born. He is holding my baby at the Botanical Garden in Queens, New York long long ago...
Photo of my father with my daughter in her First Holy Communion. This one is the last picture of my father. He passed away 2 months after that. He suffered from a heart disease for a long time. He had a massive heart failure or cardiac arrest in December 16th of 1989, just a few days before Christmas.
My daughter with her first baby, my first granddaughter and me in New York long ago.
This is a lovely family picture with my dear daughter, my first granddaughter when she was 18 months old, and my 2 aunts long ago.
I only had a vision in my dreams...
A quiet moment in silence which seemed
A few winks of the moonlight.
A star peeped behind the moon
In between dim clouds floating in the sky.
I gazed at the stardust born to my eyes,
Twinkle of lights shining afar,
Amber tones or fading shades in the distance
Announcing a coming glory upon high.
Nightingales whispered soothing music,
Their wings -like flutes- embraced my heart.
Their loving ways stopped the bleeding
Of my old wounds which were falling parts.
Oh, beautiful nightingales of nature
That fell before my mortal wondering eyes!!
They were sailing upon the bosom of the air
Sprinkling dew in the lazy clouds.
My dear two aunts and me at the Nursing Home long ago...
(I am a New York Certified Nurse's Assistant. This is a pic with other students at the School)
Oh, their soft tunes I found,
I knew the nightingale's virtuous sound!!
They called me rose blossom -as sweet as a new born star.
Somber tombs would turn into streaks of light
And fly away with the nightingale's heart.
They whispered that I was a branch of their blossoming tree;
No dreams were more glamorous to see...
The nightingales wiped my tears
And said not to mourn, weep or fear,
For they were heading for the Lord's Almighty Kingdom.
Just before our eyes, there was the Highway to Heaven...
My dear aunt Helen (the sister of my father) and me at the Hospital. She was a Concertist Piano Player and Opera Soprano Singer.
(I am with my dear aunt Neyfer, my eldest aunt, and sister of my father, at the Hospital)
The Highway to Heaven was the direction
To where my dear family parted.
To my grief, for I could still feel their loss...
The nightingales gently wept
And helped me carry on with my own cross.
I only had a vision in my dreams...
Much prayers were said that open sores would heal.
Oh, farewell beautiful nightingales!!...
You gave me the last hug with a kiss,
You flew away into the Highway to Heaven,
And I sealed our blessings with my living lips.

God's peace be with you.
Until we meet again.
Thank you, for loving me!!

"Do Not Judge Others..."

"Do Not Judge Others..."
"Do not judge others, so that God will not judge you, for God will judge you in the same way as you judge others, and He will apply to you the same rules you apply to others. Why do you look at the speck in your brother's eye, and pay not attention to the log in your own eye?"
(Matthew 7:1-3)
...Pray, don't find fault with the woman that limps or stumbles along the road, unless you have worn the shoes she wears or struggled beneath her load. There may be tacks in her shoes that hurt, though hidden away from view. Or the burden she bears placed on your back might cause you to stumble too. You may exert a strong influence this day over others, but still the blows that were hers if dealt to you in the selfsame way, at the selfsame time might cause you to stagger too.
HAVE A BLESSED DAY!!
UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN...

"My 3rd Blogger Anniversary with a Virtual Tea Party."

"My 3rd Blogger Anniversary with a Virtual Tea Party."

I would love to share with you -my online friends- a virtual tea party with cake and chocolates, if you wish to attend...

 June 2009 - June 2012.
I began to write in Christian American Poetry Forums in 2005. So, it comes to 7 years Online.
Blogging: June 2009 - June 2012. (3 years)

Time certainly flies. When I ponder and think about it, life is just too short, and we should fill the day with kind attitudes, positive thoughts that may energize our inner beings with the fuel of love.
Good friends are like beautiful blossoms or flowers that grow in the garden of life.
We should cherish and highly appreciate a true friendship in Christ as a golden gift from God to us. Good cheerful friends are like angels without wings.
I envision the world as a perfect place to live with justice for all. However, things will not always go in the right direction for living formats.
We are entwined in mother nature. We are all shaped in different forms. Unkind attitudes may erode one's soul, cruel words and actions may hurt one's spirit which may eventually lead to a broken or shattered life in the end. So, be kind and treat others the way you would like to be treated. A gentle heart is a golden heart.

As I have already said, time certainly flies, at least for me...
I really ought to admit that writing is a good therapy. Sharing one's thoughts is a wonderful feeling...
It seems just like yesterday when I have first begun.
My Poetry Corner was My First Blog to store my poems along with My Inspirational Site.
My Journals pages -as a gentle getaway trip sort of writing- were actually filled up in order to satisfy the interest of my readers about my life...

You see, the other day, a dear online friend sent me a lovely message which enhanced my day with glitter, lights all the way through. Then, a sparkle of muse was ignited, and my song was created.
I shall share the lyrics with all of you, but it's especially dedicated to my sweet friend, CRYSTAL MARY, the AUSTRALIAN AUTHOR.
I would love to become an author myself, and publish My Book of Poems one day. But, it's only a dream in a glimmer of understanding. Well, I call my song...

"Tamed by My Savior's Love."

I am a Christian lady,
A Conservationist too.
I'm also a mom and granny,
A lover of Christ like you.

Oh!! I've got much love to give...
Why don't you take it all!!
It's given for free,
'cause it's my Master's call.

My spiritual healings,
And the transformation of my life,
It all comes from my Heavenly Father,
I trust His love laid by my side.

My mom told me...
"Jesus shed His blood for His children,
And set a master plan for you and me."
Let's follow Jesus, brothers and sisters!!
Rewards are stored in Eternity.

Refrain:
Taming a wild heart
Is not an easy thing to do.
Taming a broken heart
Is all about to heal the blues.
Oh!! I'm tamed by my Savior's love.
Why don't you take it all!!
It's given for free,
'Cause it's my Master's call.
(Last stanza is repeated twice.)

Author: Poet Starry Dawn.
It was written on my dear mom's birthday who sleeps in Heaven with the Lord.
This Christian Song is dedicated to CRYSTAL MARY.
