120 Degrees Farenheit.

120 Degrees Farenheit.

Good Morning, Dear Readers!!

It won't be unusual for me to describe the given situation in my journals that might involve my story in the present time or past history, or how the weather is like in my corner of the world, or how other hazzards could really turn into dangerous or unhealthy situations into one's life. My journeys and journals will be stories at a given time either present or past.
Yesterday, I was expecting to write a passage which its title would be:
"My Castle, My Fortress, My Home."
Unfortunately, due to the harsh weather conditions in my corner of the world, I am unable to work under a heat wave of 120 degrees Farenheit. At the present time, I am overseas dealing with some personal business and fighting the hot weather that is unbearable. My hubby does not really mind, due to the reason that he is a local born in this remoted area. He is still a Chief Medical Surgeon of the Emergency Room at a Public Hospital in this area. He plans to retire in the near future. We also make plans to relocate back to the States with my dear family. I am a New York Certified Nurse's Assistant, an American lady who used to live in the big city of New York. I have my dear American family living there, my daughter and my three grandchildren. I love them so much, and miss them so dearly!!
I began my journey long ago. Now, I am still traveling...
As I have already mentioned, I am unable to write under harsh weather conditions, and 120 degrees Farenheit will melt my brain in no time. My four cats are sleeping all day long, and they seem exhausted without any energy, not even to raise their bodies in order to eat or drink water. I ought to help them too. As I am an aging baby boomer, my aching body suffers all kind of health issues, and I have to beat the pain, especially in my muscles and bones, due to the conditions of the weather. I might be wrong, it could be just me going through the aging process so swiftly.
I hope and pray the weather gets better, if that is God's will.
Until we write again, my dear readers.
STARRY.
Thank you in advance for reading my posts!! You are always welcome aboard!!
If you wish to visit My Poetry Blog, I'll give you the link. Move your mouse around the darker area, and you'll see the link flushing below that line. Something is wrong with the colour which is too dark, and it does not show the prints unless they are light. I've tried several times, but it doesn't help, for it remains the same. The best thing to do is to find all my blogs in my personal profile, if you truly wish to go through them and view the older posts there.

A CASTLE IN THE HILLS.

A CASTLE IN THE HILLS.

Long ago, when I was a little girl and lived in a big city with my mother and grandmother, I used to gape through the glass wall in our balcony on the second floor. I was puzzled then, to see so many horses pulling wagons downstairs in the streets bringing veggies, fruits, small livestock and other wordly goods for the peddlers to the sales market place.
People gathered in a rush to buy cheap food. I was astonished to see the horses and other farm animals which were brought to the fair. My young heart would be left astray watching people's greedy hearts full of wrath. The fair was taken place on weekends. So, I would hear the hooves of the trotting stallions approaching the neighborhood, and I would rush to the glass wall to gape at the feast.
As a little girl around 6 or 7, I could not help feeling hurt inside for what my young eyes would have to watch every weekend. I was born a dreamer, an artist, a pro-life living being with all sort of good deeds inside my young heart. So, it was dreadful for me to catch a glimpse of those shattered, horrid, bloody memories of my childhood with so many things going on in the wrong way. My world was rather small, yet then I began to dream in expanding my world to other greater ventures with high goals and moral values.
As a little child, I began to think that those kind of grown adults would never become my role models. In fact, in my childhood, I began to develop the first outlines of my present philosophy of life.
Since my early childhood, I dreamed of living on top of the mountains surrounded by mother nature, birds and other precious animals. Perhaps, I was dreaming of living in a castle on the hills, a bluish yonder hill intimately entwined with the valley below.
I could still hear now, the gallop of those stallions flying freely in the blue horizon, and I could still hear my throbbing heart on top of the mountain.
STARRY.

TEACHING...

TEACHING...

I used to live and teach American English abroad to Overseas students.
I would like to share the recollection of my experience, so that others may benefit with it. The aim of those lessons were to provide the Overseas student with a wide variety of suitable material with practice and progress for essay work and composition.
The subject-matter was so arranged that the student would be able to work systematically at the writing of English with proficiency in continuous prose over a long period of time. A great number of clues, written exercises and topics will help students in order to achieve their writing personal goals.
The seed of good ideas will make a good harvest. A flourishing title should be the first door to enhance a thought provoking story enclosed which may engage the reader's eyes at first glance. The way you set up your framework and lie the tale in an interesting manner will be the key, the open door to a successful and promising writing career.
Thank you for sharing with me today!!

WINDOWS TO MY SOUL.

WINDOWS TO MY SOUL. I INTRODUCE MYSELF IN SIMPLE WORDS.
Welcome to a brand new day to one and all!!
Welcome Aboard to My New Blog!! I am so happy to have you aboard.
My soul, an expression of virtue, the soothing music of the field, a balm in a raging deep blue sea, and the joy brought by the morning herald, would like to share with you, the wondrous news of this day.
I am Starry Dawn, a concerned American Christian, mature woman, a loving mother and a proud grandmother. I love my dear family so much. Long ago, I used to have wonderful jobs in my life. Now, I am an aging baby boomer with health issues, and I write poems, stories and other deep expressions of my heart, so that I should let my inner poetical muse go, elevate one's spirit to another dimension, and reach into people's hearts worldwide. I had overcome the hardships of life, for God showed me the way.
In the morning, I walk out of the house to my beautiful garden of plants, and pray to the open air gazing at the sky. Absorbing the sunlight, inhaling God's presence and the beauty of the new day, I claim the blessings of the incoming hours. I give thanks to God in all circumstances. Then, I come back home and start writing. I write my prayers, my songs, my reflections, thoughts, my poems and stories, and so on. Now, I have decided to begin with a completely new writing project, which is basically a journal of whatever appears in my mind that would be worth to read.
I don't write every single day. However, I write and post when I have something meaningful to say that will be worth and meaningful to read.
When I do this, I feel God's presence in a very palpable way. God created me in this way with high goals and lasting moral values. Writing is my prayer language, my way of communicating to the world, and the language of my heart.
One of the worst things that could happen to a person is to have an amputated spirit, which may lead to an amputated or stolen future. Freedom of will is the key to a successful life. My theory is that poetry is also a language coming from the heart.
I love the Lord Jesus Christ, our Savior with all my heart. He shows me the way in all I do. The Lord raised me up to the top of the mountains, to places that I thought I would never reach. He is an amazing Lord. He gives me strenght so that I may continue on my way to fulfill His master plan on me. I also love animals, the rhythmical heartbeats of wildlife and our natural environment. These are just the beginning of my point of interests...
Please, take some of your precious time, sit back, relax, enjoy reading and basking in the beauty of poetry, reflections, thoughts and stories of all kind. From this point on, my journeys and journals from our galaxy will be weekly posts about every day things or existing topics in different time and places in the Universe.
May you hear God's voice in your heart, know His touch in your life, and feel His unconditional love each day. May the grace and peace of the Lord be with you always.
I love windows everywhere. My soul is also a window to the world.
My Lord dwells there.
Thank you in advance for sharing with me this day!!
God bless you in every step of the way!!
In God's Garden,
STARRY DAWN.
