Have you ever wondered how would it be like to live in a Paradise Desert Island?...

Yes, I have...

I would probably put my message in a bottle and toss it to the sea.

My messages would probably say different things. I may use many bottles which would travel round the sea. Who will find the bottles? I do not know... But, someone will...

For instance, I might send out some of my poems in a bottle to the sea, so that whoever finds them might read my poetry and message with it. Some lines may say...

My message in a bottle

Travels round the sea.

Its journey is meant

To reach you and me....

 

Listen to my song of dreams

Where my world truly begins!!

Clouds of dreams painted in the sky

Paved the way for my spirit to climb high.

My goal was set to reach your soul along the way.

If my approach was successful, Oh! I'd praise the day...

If I brought music and harmony with my message

In someone else's aching or broken spirit,

Oh, what a joy! I would say...

Words of Wisdom are written inside this bottle traveling round the sea.

Its journey is meant to reach you and me...

I hope you embrace my words, songs, letters,

For I wrote them with much love.

My Lord and Savior speaks to my heart,

He's waiting for me up in Heaven above.

If I weep in the darkest night,

Would you wipe my tears away?

If I laugh in a broad day light,

Would you laugh in the same way?...

If I blend my soul under the rain,

Would you soak yours to embrace my heart?

If my eyes smile like an opened rose,

Would you smile back, stay and never part?...

If I sing my rhyming songs,

Would you pause and listen to my music?

If I dream my big dreams,

Would you be happy, and let me dream?...

You see, I suffer the syndrome of the empty nest.

Would you pause for a while,

And answer my prayer request?

I talk to birds, mountains, and even the moon.

 I gather flowers and poems,

So that -in your heart- they will bloom...

You'll find inner peace when you exercise compassion in your heart.

"A Castle in the Hills."

I've already packed my suitcases. Yet, I'm still waiting for God to reveal His masterplan for me.
Once settled back home in the States, I won't be Blogging, for I'll be very busy helping my dear daughter with my three grandchildren, spending time with my family, traveling, and doing other interesting things.
Time will tell...
Since 2005 surfing in American Websites, I have been trying to keep my mind active, and share a unique self-portrait to my online readers and friends. Since each of us carries a baggage, the load of our personal history, our burdens, then, we may develop certain connections according to our personal views and/or our moral values. Anyway, I am still a dreamer...

Long ago, when I was a little girl and lived in a big city with my mother and my Italian maternal grandmother, I used to gape through the glass wall in our balcony on the second floor. I was puzzled then, to see so many horses pulling wagons downstairs in the streets bringing veggies, fruits, small livestock, and other goods for the peddlers to the sales market place. Local folks gathered there in a rush to buy cheap food. I was truly astonished to see horses and other farm animals which were brought to the fair in a big city filled with motorways and cars.

My young heart would be left astray watching people's greedy hearts full of wrath. The fair was taken place on weekends. So, I would hear the hooves on the trotting stallions approaching the neighborhood, and I would rush to the glass wall to gape at the feast. I would still do that throughout my lifetime...

As a little girl around 6 or 7, I could not help myself feeling betrayed, frustrated and hurt inside for what my young eyes would have to watch every single weekend, needless to say what I should have concealed about personal things that I witnessed as a little child.

I was certainly born a dreamer, an artist, a pro-life living being with all sort of good deeds inside my young heart. So, it was dreadful for me to catch a glimpse of those shattered, horrid, bloody memories of my childhood with so many things going on in the wrong way. My world was rather small, yet then, I began to dream in expanding my world to further greater ventures with high goals and lasting moral values.

As a little child, I began to think that those grown adults would never become my role models.

In fact, in my childhood, I began to develop the first outlines of my present philosophy of life.

Since my early childhood, I dreamed of living on top of the mountains surrounded by Mother Nature, birds and other precious animals. Perhaps, I was dreaming of living in a castle on the hills, a bluish yonder hill intimately entwined with the valley below.

I could still hear now, the gallop of those stallions flying freely in the blue horizon, and I could still hear my throbbing heart on top of the mountain or gazing out the window.

The joy of the Lord has always been my true strength!

I just love to write stories, tales, poems, thoughts, and so on...
